Monterey Park Council will decide vacant seat

Monterey Park-The city council will consider options as how to fill the vacant council seat, which was left by Mike Eng, who was elected to the State Assembly.

Lincoln Plaza Hotel's President's Room

Whats wrong with meeting at City Hall? Can anyone explain this one to me? Please!!!!
